My client is a global professional services business that is leader within its market across the globe operating in more than 40 offices in servicing over 150 countries. They provide tailored support for their clients across the globe by working with their employees and larger families including compliance advice, legal support and events. The business is based in central London and has a team from a wide variety of backgrounds across the world partnering with the majority of the FTSE 100.

The Role:

The position reports to the Director of the Coordination team (40 team members) taking the lead across process improvement across internal procurement systems with vendor management of particular focus

* Assistance with supplier management specifically aligning companywide billing practices
* Inputting standardized fees across the company for all vendors
* Review internal procedures centred around fee structures and inputting a new project to reduce errors
* Responsible for negotiation of fees for new clients
* Sharing strategic insights into complex projects

The Candidate:

* Strong experience within Operational and Procurement/Financial analysis
* Ability to understand planning, policy and strategy
* Track record of building clear process and policies within Procurement/Finance environment
* Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting and auditing
* Experience with project management would be a bonus.
